As part of the Operations team, you are the analytic and execution hands of YABA products and brands.
You will be working hand-in-hand with YABA's supply chain managers, demand planners, sourcing managers, third party logistics, and freight forwarders.
Ultimately, your objective is to support our brands and ensure that the supply chain works perfectly so that our products continue to impact the end consumer.
Our goal is to manage the supply chain of our brands, being responsible for the following areas:

Be part of the team for the onboarding process of new brandsCreate and keep updated the Supply Chain department SOPs and recordsFind cost-effective solutions for supply chain processesOrder and inventory managementResolve issues that arise (e.g., delays in delivery, incidents)Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growthMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvementsDeal with customs officesOperate brands through our ERP system We are looking for candidates with the following traits:
High school diploma or equivalentCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyMinimum of 2 languages spoken fluently, level C1 (English + another European language).
