Summary: The Operational Excellence Manager leads operational improvement projects within the Contract Fulfilment Airlines team, driving performance enhancements and customer satisfaction.
Acting as both a facilitator and project manager, this role ensures the effective planning, execution, and integration of multiple initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities: Assessing existing workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing strategies that foster continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability.Supporting teams through skill development and collaboration programs, promoting a culture of recognition and learning.Knowledge Management Process Implementation: In collaboration with Service Management and RMC Center of Excellence, designing and implementing a knowledge management strategy and framework.Coordinating with stakeholders for the as-is assessment, the To-Be definition, and implementation.Determining objectives, implementation strategy, and timelines.Promoting the knowledge management culture in the Contract Fulfillment AIR organization.Inventory and review of existing information, identifying gaps.Recognizing or articulating knowledge, turning tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge.Defining a process, and developing workflows, envisioning and articulating the ideal end state.Creating, maintaining, and enhancing a process database.Establishing and monitoring process documentation, implementing measurement of impact, and coordinating knowledge sharing.Reviewing and maintaining Role & Responsibility descriptions and knowledge accountability.Building SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).Defining strategy and implementation plan related to workforce knowledge enhancement.Implementing and maintaining the new onboarding process (check-in, training academy, and shadowing).Designing trainer role description and responsibility.Establishing recurrent training on tools and applications.Implementing and maintaining framework and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on data management and governance.Facilitating the identification, discussion, and prioritization of improvement strategy and actions.Coordinating the implementation of improvements and evaluating effectiveness through KPIs.In collaboration with Contract Fulfillment AIR Leads, coordinating the implementation of OTC (Order-to-Cash) system maintenance, and contract Fulfillment tools.Implementing related KPIs.Facilitating the definition and implementation of Contract Fulfillment sanity checks and service quality monitoring.
