Position Summary
Reporting to the Visual Display Division Product Head, in charge of Signage / Hospitality TV Product Management, covering LFD, LED, and B2B Hospitality TV products. Responsible for driving the Vision, Strategy, and Execution through Marketing and Operations Excellence. Responsible for all aspects of the product/marketing strategy across the Iberian region.
Role and Responsibilities
P&L management: Margin, Operating Profit maximization, Product mix & Channel mix
Market analysis: Market Size, Addressable Market Size, Market Dynamics & Trends
Explore New Business opportunities taking advantage of Samsung portfolio.
Ensure appropriate Marketing Mix: Product, Pricing, Placement & Promotion.
Demand & Forecasting: Process based on Weekly PSI analysis in 12 Weeks forecasting, allocating Sell-in based on Sell-out and the Market analysis.
PLC Management: Managing new product introduction, growing & maturity stages, and EOL Process.
PR & Analyst Briefings: Regularly Meeting Calendar with Media (IT Specialist) & Analyst (IDC, Context, OMDIA) to identify market dynamics and Trends to set up the Strategy.
Business Planning: Annual Business Plan including Market Research, Competitive Position, Marketing program, Management and operations, with Quarterly Review using the 3 Months Rolling Plan.
Key representative of Iberian region in International Meetings at European & WW Levels.
Product speaker in front of Media and Key Customers.
Skills and Qualifications
High level of English, Portuguese desirable
High level of Excel and Power Point
At least 5 years experience as a product manager
Effective written, verbal and visual communication skills
Accurate Data Management skills
High quality of execution of one-time projects and/or process changes within the business-as-usual organisation to ensure smooth processing and reporting
Proven experience in AV Pro channel, Digital Signage Business, with Deep understanding of product at technical level.
