Allianz Technology is the Service Provider for Allianz Group IT, responsible for strategically steering the implementation of the IT strategy within the Allianz Group in line with the corporate strategy and catering for external challenges and trends in IT. Digital Resilience Operations, as part of Group IT, enables the implementation of the Group IT Strategy through IT steering and IT management mechanisms.Digital Resilience Operations enables IT steering and the oversight function of Group IT by facilitating the IT Steering Boards, compiling global KPI and IT health indicator reports, executing quality assurance initiatives, and evolving the Master Tool Universe (MTU). Additionally, it conducts IT risk assessments and control assurances for global group solutions and standards to enable the Global IT Service Owners.
