What impact you'll have:
As a resourceful and results-driven Associate Chief of Staff, you will be a pivotal link between our leadership team, project managers, and the broader organization. In this influential role, you will play a vital part in shaping Submer's transformation and growth. Your focus on operational excellence and transformation will drive the successful execution of key initiatives within our sustainability-focused organisation. As a collaborative problem solver with proven project management experience in dynamic environments, you will also lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and topics. You'll work closely with our COO and Chief Transformation Officer and oversee 2 team members to drive operational excellence and transformation.
What you'll do: Stakeholder alignment: Foster a collaborative approach to align with various teams and individuals, gathering feedback and ensuring that they appreciate your value and influence.Project delivery: Provide timely, high-quality project follow-up, ensuring excellence and execution while meeting project deadlines and quality standards.Problem solving and critical thinking: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and challenge the C-suite and other stakeholders. Engage in critical thinking and collaborative decision-making.Leadership and influencing: Exhibit effective leadership by guiding and inspiring teams towards success.
