Position Description: The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and branch devices to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.
Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system changes.Conduct advanced technical support and create standard procedures.Incident Management and technical support with direct contact with business, users, IT, and vendors.Provides resolution for escalated service tickets and properly track all activity via the applicable tool and work with Global Teams, Local Teams, and Vendors in the event of needed escalation to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work.Provides technical support and training to Business and users.Engages users to determine their potential future business requirements.Should be able to manage up - VIPs effectively to ensure technology, such as Wi-Fi, iPhones, iPads, and computers are synced and working fine.Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction.Performs other duties as requested.People Management Experience Education/Qualifications: Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.Superior communication and organization development skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams.Experience with Microsoft Products and Virtual environments.Certification as IT Technician.In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.Bilingual (English/Spanish).Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive, and welcoming of different views.
