We are the leader in elevators, escalators and moving walkways. Now, we're seeking an ORDER TO CASH (O2C) LEAD for the Iberia & Africa Region based in Madrid (Spain).
Responsibilities: Leading and organizing collections and billing activities in every Operating Area.
Establish collections and billing escalation process.
Improve process and facilitate closure of issues.
Define credit limits or credit policy.
Ensure compliance with approval matrix.
Close collaboration with branches to ensure correct application of stop servicing / handover actions.
Animate risk committee.
Act as Operating Area process owner.
Governance of outsourcings in collection and billing activities.
Manage relations with different stakeholders.
Comply with Company policies.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor in Business Administration.
Fluent in English (minimum level C1).
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in similar positions.
Previous experience leading in-house and outsourced teams.
Valuable: training as project manager and in continuous improvement processes.
Availability to travel (40-60% of the time) throughout the region, mainly when starting the position.
