.What you will be doing We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team responsible for the UK and EU based in Madrid, Spain. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our brand presence and supporting sales enablement efforts in the UK and EU region. You will be responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives, driving pipeline for sales, executing lead generation strategies, managing events, collaborating closely with sales teams, and creating localized content. Your expertise in marketing strategy, social media, event management, and sales enablement will be instrumental in driving awareness and demand for our products/services in the region.The following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:Plan, create, and execute high-performing marketing programs for the EU -focusing on Spain and the UK- using a data-driven approach. Support and align with the global and other regional marketing leads and the regional sales team's priorities and focus on driving pipeline and revenue. Create compelling content tailored to the EU/UK market, including blog posts, case studies, and sales collateral, in both English and Spanish.Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing plans to support global marketing and business objectives and drive brand awareness. Regionalize global marketing assets to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the local market. Plan and execute regional events to engage with prospects and customers, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events.Drive lead-generation efforts through targeted campaigns, social media marketing, and other channels. Orchestrate multichannel campaigns, leveraging channels and tactics such as digital, social media, web, media, PR, virtual and in-person events, and email. Also support and execute account-based strategies and programs. Manage offline activities such as industry events & customer events end to end –attend conferences, and tradeshows.Maintain the relationship with the in-region third-party advertisers – all in line with compliance & regulations. Manage external and internal partners/agencies in the region critical to effective program execution.ROI/Analysis: set goals and define metrics for each marketing campaign, including targeted lead flow to maximize pipeline generation and sales velocity. Monitor campaign metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, analyze and report on results, making recommendations for future optimizations. Establishes the execution of campaigns and plans and analyzes performance against expectations to identify trends and optimize performanceExperience 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in the UK/EU region.Education Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
