Lynx: Cybersecurity Technical Specialist Position: Senior HR Compensation Specialist. Type of contract: full time. Location: Madrid. What you will be doing As a Cybersecurity Technical Specialist you will part of the Cyber team in Lynx, ensuring that the cybersecurity posture and controls are effectively protecting company's information and systems with a 360º view. You will help in different fronts: Ensure deployment of cybersecurity tools and protections. Manage cyber solutions and tools to effectively handle potential cybersecurity threats. Enforce security configurations across Lynx systems, communications, and architecture. Coordinate vulnerability identification activities and track remediation. Advise and assess Lynx's software product areas in terms of cyber. Propose and deploy new solutions and capabilities. Manage and handle cybersecurity incidents. Collaborate within the cyber certification processes (PCI-DSS, ISO27001…). Experience 6+ years of experience cybersecurity operations or similar positions. Experience in the financial/banking industry. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications. Cybersecurity certifications is a plus (CISSP, OSCP, CEH, GCIH…). Skills & knowledge Experience in cybersecurity: controls and best practices;  solutions such as EDR, DLP, vulnerability assessment tools (Qualys), firewalls, IDS/IPS. Knowledge in: threat analysis and incident response; computer forensics; Cloud (AWS) security and architecture; Linux environments, virtualization, and container security. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and identify security threats. Advanced level in English. Languages Spanish; English: advanced level; verbal fluency as it is necessary to communicate with countries in English. Application Candidates should apply through this link .
