The OpportunityWe seek a dynamic Lead Scala Software Developer to join the Analytics team at UserTesting, a key role within our company. You will not only be a lead engineer but also a tech visionary, keeping up with emerging trends, promoting our brand externally, contributing to our culture, and driving our technical strategy as well as being capable of working asynchronously in a distributed team. You will also define the team's technical vision and execute strategic initiatives and recommend new trends, together with identifying opportunities for growth and improvement across the entire organization.
