In this role, you'll have the chance to apply data science methods and analytics to real-world business situations across a variety of business scenarios in the technology distribution industry.
Role Expectations: Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Data Scientist or BI Intelligence.Fluency in English is required.Deep Data Science expertise: experience with applying advanced analytics to various business situations, efficiently advising multiple teams on uncovering critical insights for clients.An autonomous self-starter with a passion for analytics and problem solving.
You will help build new Analytics service offerings that grow our portfolio of products.Strong presence, collaboration skills, and ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.Proven ability to synthesize complex data; deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their business implications.Hands-on programming/scripting experience in Python or R; Power BI and Power platforms experience is necessary.Confident statistical and machine learning skills.Strong experience with practical data science and hands-on involvement with deployed ML pipelines in a business environment.Our Data Team Working Environment:
- Always working with the latest Cloud-based Data Science technologies, such as Snowflake SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI, AWS Services.
- Large number and size of data sources / Variable analytics use cases (truly BIG DATA).
- 100% of work on real use cases, with real business use (no POC's without use).
- Agile and experimental approach, new implementations within days, not months.
- Active involvement in E2E business solutions, including solution design and presentation of results.

- Collaboration with Cloud Vendor Business within TD SYNNEX departments and other BI Teams across the organization.
