The objective of the trainee's work at Camiral Golf & Wellness will be to familiarize with the daily operation of the golf course, including those tasks that the customers never see behind the scenes.
The main tasks would be customer-oriented, including:
Welcome the customer to the resort and golf area. Serve the customers what they have rented in the golf shop. Respond to customer's questions and requests. Give directions to customers and accompany them. Promote and sell the products of the pro shop and collaborate in the payment process. Ensure transmission of information to other departments. And many other tasks for daily golf operation:
1st tee organization as starter. Pace of play control as course advisor. Drive the transfer vehicles to and from the hotels to the golf course. Clean golf carts after play & park them for charging. Advise customers, checking reservations and availability. Take care of the golf bags, including loading and unloading from golf carts & electric trolleys, cleaning the clubs, and storing them in our facilities. Take care of the practice facility, picking range balls, baskets, and trash. Golf course setup control like stakes, trash, markers, etc. Batteries control and maintenance of both electric trolleys and carts. Detailing of our material, like scorecards, pencils, rental clubs, balls machine, etc. Requirements: Fluent in English and another European language; intermediate level of Spanish will be a plus. Great communicative abilities. Independent worker. Able to integrate into a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility. Proactive and passionate about guest service. No previous experience required. Candidate must be eligible for obtaining a Spanish Visa – NIE in order to perform the working agreement. Role: Caddy Master - Trainee
