The roleOur teams in the Bunge Iberica plants are working hard every day to process our agricultural products, such as oilseed and soy into products like edible oils, meal, and bio-diesel. The Industrial FP&A plays a meaningful role in that process and is a main supporter for the plant managers from a financial perspective, identifying and driving improvements in the plants, making sure targets for costs, important metrics, and CAPEX budget are reached. Also, providing accurate data in time, mainly for consolidation systems, and ensuring compliance is important.Responsibilities highlighted, but not limited to:Detect potential overall cost deviation, mitigation plans or saving opportunities and follow up.Ensure proper OPEX vs CAPEX classification and accurate classification by CAPEX purposes.Ensure compliance with internal reporting guidelines and support external reporting (US-GAAP).Drive the preparation of new initiatives (minor and major projects), forecast accuracy, budget control, and post-implementation reviews.Management, control, and documentation of inventory counts (commodities and spare parts).Work with other plant industrial FP&A to standardize processes amongst the market and value chain.Support automation, process rebuilding, and process/software projects (Tableau, SAP).Time-dependent recurrent activities, such as month-end closing related activities, support recurrent and ad-hoc reporting needs both recurring and ad-hoc, lead the preparation of yearly BP of plant industrial cost.Participate in the Quarterly industrial review providing financial analysis.Participate in regional and global initiatives bringing value added to the finance community.What we look for in our Industrial FP&A:You are a positive, communicative, and structured person with strong analytical skills. Someone who understands business drivers and production processes and is able to translate them into financial figures and meaningful reporting and guide the business. You have the mentality and the experience that taking initiative, having a result drive, and eagerness to find a solution to challenges are important and your ability to build balanced business relationships to achieve common goals ensures success in this role.Education, experience, and skills:A Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Proven experience, ideally around 5 years in related positions in an Industrial environment.Ease of learning SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.Fluency in both English and Spanish are required.Ability to analyze large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, having a global view of the business.What we offer:You will be able to work closely together with great colleagues in an informal and collaborative setting where your ambitious spirit will be valued.
