Organization: Our client is a company in the medical sector. You will work in an international clinic in reproductive medicine located in a great location, in Barcelona.
Function: As a Medical Assistant:
You will have to plan and organize patient treatment.
You will have to control payment terms.
You will have to manage medical instructions, medical consents, and other patient documentation.
You will have to be the communication link between doctors and patients during treatment.
You will have to translate reports and documentation related to patients.
You will have to work during some weekends and some bank holidays.
You will have to work from 13.00 to 21.00.
Requirements: You are the person we are looking for if:
You have a native level of French or Italian or German.
You have an advanced level of French, Italian, or German (additional).
You have an advanced level of Spanish.
You have experience in customer-focused roles.
If you have experience as a medical assistant, it would be a plus.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are empathic.
