Define the changes that are required to the Lionfish Operating Model and work with the Lionfish Leadership and key stakeholders to plan and drive the strategy.
As part of developing the Lionfish Operating Model, drive the objectives for Operational Excellence across the organisation.
Develop and implement the strategy for Continuous Improvement based on data insights and analysis.
Communicate the need and rationale for transformational change to secure commitment and people needed for the change.
Support the change by removing obstacles, advocating and lobbying for change at the highest levels.
Put in place mechanisms to reinforce and embed the change, acting as a role model for desired behaviours and setting consistent standards and expectations.
Champion the value of new ways of working to address internal and external opportunities and threats.
Set direction and lead in selecting and using the approaches, methods and tools that are appropriate for both the organisation, culture and business needs.
Plan and lead change design activities — identifying alternatives, assessing feasibility and recommending solutions.
Identify impacts of major changes that will affect the organisation and culture and mobilise people to support and implement changes.
Help teams adopt new/contemporary approaches, processes and behaviours including — but not limited to — specific agile methodologies, processes, tools and ceremonies.
Help teams develop the capability to plan and prioritise their workload based on their capacity and track record of working.
Identify barriers or impediments to teams adopting changes and propose measures to remove them.
Provide guidance and suggestions to support team members in adopting self-management and cross-functional working.
Review team effectiveness during and after change — identifying what went well, what could be improved, and what might be added or removed from their working practices.

Many years experience and understanding of aligning Agile approaches with other approaches to managing work and developing ways of working, e.g.
in areas such as Service Management, Operations Management, Program and Project Management as well as Cyber Management.
