Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Engineer to join our team.
This position combines technical expertise with sales skills, focusing on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and promotion of sublimation and textile printers.
The ideal candidate will have experience with digital printers from brands such as Mutoh, Mimaki, Roland, or Epson.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Service and Maintenance: Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for digital printers (Mutoh, Mimaki, Roland, Epson).
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electronic, and software issues to ensure consistent printer performance.
Install, configure, and test new printers to meet operational standards and customer requirements.Sales and Customer Support: Understand customers' printing needs and provide tailored recommendations for sublimation and textile printing solutions.
Demonstrate the features and benefits of printers and related equipment to potential and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and support.Training and Documentation: Provide customer training on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers.
Create educational materials, such as user manuals and best practice guides.
Maintain detailed records of service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions.Sales Support and Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities for printing solutions.
