Location of Service: Customer locations.Target Environment: End User Workspace - HW & SW. Network and Computer Environment.Certificates: IT / microcomputing / HW and SW / Operating Systems.Your Tasks: The Desktop Support Technician is a customer representative and will work closely with our customers' team to provide the required services.
This is a physical presence service to provide 2nd line support.
Responsibilities include:
Performing tasks to agreed service levels and meeting customer satisfaction measures.Providing Hands & Eyes support for our customers.Diagnosing and resolving incidents with regards to Network and Computer devices.End-user support tasks with a HIGH level of ENGLISH.Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position.Handling Ticketing tools.Microcomputing environment, mobile devices, H/W and networks.Good communication skills and presence, easy to deal with users.Experience in a corporate and/or multinational environment is valuable.Experience in the resolution of technical incidents on-site and at the user location.Be part of us: Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
