Mission: Responsibilities: Manage & grow COTY Prestige's skin/makeup care brands through brand-driven activation & working in a cross-functional team across the business.Contribute to the Skin/Makeup Care strategy as a key contributor brand builder from the marketing side.Achieve brand share and profitable growth targets through translation of brand strategy into marketing plans & market implementation.Champion the consumer needs and brand passion within the overall business.Deliver market knowledge: Track, analyze, and monitor monthly sell-in & sell-out data identifying key insights to maximize brand strategy.Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape.Development of a share-growth-oriented marketing plan that seizes opportunities in product, pricing strategy, and competitor activities.Translate marketing & category plan into a business plan.
Feed into monthly and annual planning & S&OP processes.Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets.Design local programs, preparation, and execution.Oversee day-to-day budget management.Skills & experience required: Bachelor's degree.3+ years in Marketing.
Brand Management & expertise in the category is a must.Analytical thinking.Presentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate across the organization at all levels.Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task.Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential nature.Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing.Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas.Hard-working, self-motivated, and passionate about the beauty industry.Proficiency in English.
