We are on a venture journey and you will have a huge impact on the organisation from the start.Strategic Partnership DevelopmentLead the development and implementation of a strategic partnership framework to support the company's growth objectives, going from one product to a platform of products and rapidly growing partner sales in addition to our outbound and inbound sales.Support the company growthYou should develop and manage a structured program to support the diverse needs of our currently 500 partners as well as build plans to attract and grow a significant number of new partners in the coming years in a scalable, effective way.Partner Program DevelopmentDesign and implement partner programs that incentivise sales, collaboration, and mutual success. We want to get a larger share of wallets and continued focus from the current partners, convert them to also deal with our platform offering and take advantage of the synergies between the two.Performance Metrics and KPIsDefine and track key performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships. Collaborate with partner-related roles to ensure they can meet and exceed their performance targets.Qualifications and about youMinimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management or business development.Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships.Experience in SaaS or Tech companies is a must.Experience in building and executing strategic partnership frameworks and programs to support business expansion.It's an advantage having experience in the compliance, regulatory / legal industry and working with partnerships with law firms, accountant firms and DPOs.Ability to inspire and lead a team as well as lead the partner motion across our organisational boundaries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and with external partners.Experience fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding partnership performance targets.About FormalizeFormalize (earlier known as Whistleblower Software) is a tech company founded in 2021 with offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Madrid and Milan.This initial chapter has been within whistleblowing compliance and meeting those regulations.
