BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Exhibit a strong capacity for innovation, particularly in overcoming logistical challenges related to the remote location of High.
Lead by example in adaptability, demonstrating the ability to deliver solutions in a fast-paced and evolving luxury environment.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities engineering, with at least 5 of those years in roles that required innovative problem-solving in a remote and luxurious setting.
In-depth knowledge of the relevant technical domain, whether it be BMS, CCTV, Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric, or Decorating systems, particularly as they apply to high-end facilities.
Skilled in troubleshooting and rapid problem resolution in high-pressure environments with a hands-on, innovative approach to facilities engineering challenges.
Extensive experience in luxury, remote, or island resort environments, demonstrating a proven ability to adapt to and manage the complexities of such settings.
A track record of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, service partners, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of engineering services.
Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience in training and team development.
Fluency in English and Russian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Additional language abilities would be a plus.
