Sales Strategy: Develop tailored sales strategies to match client needs and market conditions, aiming for successful and timely transactions.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Networking: Expand and leverage a network of contacts within the luxury sector, including investors, property developers, and other key stakeholders.
Luxury Lifestyle Knowledge: Understand the nuances of the luxury lifestyle, being able to match clients with properties that reflect their unique tastes and preferences.
Requirements: Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-end sales.
In-depth knowledge of the luxury property market in Alicante.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
