Located in Granada (Spain) and with a presence in more than 35 countries worldwide, REGEMAT 3D is a reference in the tissue engineering and regenerative medicine sector.Role Summary: The COO will have a pivotal role in the company, overseeing the organization's operational functions and ensuring operational excellence across the board. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO will be responsible for implementing operational strategies that align with the company's long-term vision, managing day-to-day operations to support sustainable growth, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute operational strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability, in alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.Collaborate with the executive leadership team to set company objectives, performance metrics, and strategies for operational excellence and growth.Drive the implementation of business process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices to streamline operations and improve service delivery.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, suppliers, and customers, enhancing the company's market position and operational success.Lead, mentor, and develop the company's human resources team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.Manage licensing, rights, and IP negotiations with suppliers, collaborators, and clients.Monitor the execution of decisions agreed upon by the board of directors and support the president and CFO.Coordinate the search (with support from the director of the biofabrication lab and the director of engineering) for new solutions to incorporate into our product portfolio, with a special emphasis on those that are recurring.Support in the definition and execution of the company's M&A strategy.Negotiate and manage subsidiaries and agreements with distributors.Participate in agreements in projects and defend the company's interests.Conduct talent searches for company recruitment.Negotiate with investors and capital providers.Previous Experience/Skills required:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational leadership roles, with a proven track record of operational excellence and business growth.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing operations team.
