To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English Late Shift (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market.
Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails).
Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business.
Continuous improvement of internal processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer-related issues.
The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the position's hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.
WHO YOU ARE Have excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at a native level; additional languages are a plus.
Have a first experience in customer care or any other service-oriented industry.
Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data.
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.
Proactive, with good organizational skills and time management.
Working computer skills required (MS-Office).
Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
