Our client, a leading multinational in its industry with HQ in Barcelona, is currently seeking a passionate professional to join their leadership team as a Corporate HR Director.About the RoleThe Corporate HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives while fostering a people-centric culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's vision and goals in a global scope.Lead talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing employees.Oversee employee relations to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.Drive succession planning and organizational development efforts.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Collaborate with leadership to integrate HR strategies with business objectives.Manage a team of HRBP and specialists (10 people).Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; HR master's degree preferred.Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, within a multinational organization leading a team of more than 5 people.Understanding of labor laws and employee relations practices.Excellent strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.Spanish native, English very fluent.Proactive, able to impact the organization, collaborative, sustainability mindset.The role is based in Barcelona (higher percentage of presence in the office than teleworking) with availability to travel occasionally.BenefitsA challenging and enriching role within a dynamic and growth-focused environment.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Comprehensive benefits package.Join UsIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing organizational culture and driving change, we invite you to be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration.#J-18808-Ljbffr
