Tasks Answer customer inquiries in a professional manner. Follow procedures around sensitive data. Adhere to working hours, including shifts that may involve evenings and weekends. Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer interactions. Requirements Call Centre experience is an added value, but not required. Basic computer skills are necessary.
