The Transformation Office
The Transformation office mission is to support our CEO and Leadership Team by steering Criteo Transformation, driving key strategic projects, and ensuring Criteos understand our Transformation journey.
What You Will Do
The Product/R&D Transformation Business Partner will have the responsibility to:
Drive discussions with our CPO and our CTO and their respective teams to define and steer their transformation roadmap (i.e.
Race Plan).Establish trusted relationships with Product & R&D teams and their extended leadership team and leverage your influencing skills to ensure alignment and a successful decision process.Deliver formal presentations to and facilitate workshops with senior to C-level stakeholders (Product/R&D scope).Coordinate with the other Transformation Business Partners to ensure alignment of messaging and methodologies, proactively suggesting frameworks and approaches.Partner with business partners from other functions (People, FP&A) to coordinate across strategic topics such as organization, budget, and hiring.Identify pipeline of strategic projects within your scope and define the staffing with your peers in your team.Drive end-to-end complex projects/programs (e.g.
Operating Model/Org design, Product roll-out etc.)
from scoping till completion with demonstrated leadership skills.Support Transformation Project Managers in the execution of their projects by providing guidance and insights.Who You Are Background:
- Business/management or engineering school
- 5/6+ year successful experience in a strategy / management consulting firm or in Business Partnering with senior stakeholders
Hard Skills:
- Fluent English spoken and written (you will be working in English)
- Excellent Project management skills, organization and time management
- Good strategic thinker and very good problem solver, ability to understand and adapt to changing environments
- Strong Excel / PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge about Product/R&D is a plus, especially in a complex technical and fast-paced environment
Soft Skills:
- Dynamic profile with drive, pro-activity, and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Team player and willingness to learn
- Able to work effectively across functions/teams
