Superstruct's portfolio of events consists of Sziget, Wacken Open Air, Sonar, Parookaville, Boardmasters, Øya, Flow, and many more.**Mission**:The North America & UK Accountant will be responsible of overseeing, tracking, and accounting the event budgets and accountability for the elrow shows in UK and US working closely with the Head of Finance and the production department on each event.**Responsibilities & Duties**:- Review the local Financial Statements of the subsidiaries (UK&NA;).- Oversee the monthly and annual local closing process.- Reporting and tracking on event and departmental budgets.- Tracking and analyzing Financial Statements, detecting issues, and proposing improvements.- Assisting with external audit.- Cash flow management.- Support local accounting team in cross accounting projects led from HQ, such as ERP implementations, Reporting Package implementation etc.- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.****What can we offer?**- The opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing companies in the entertainment industry.- A cultural and diverse team which can inspire creativity and drive innovation, as good as improve productivity and performance.- Outstanding workspace filled with stylish and fantasy themed decoration unlike any you have never seen before!- Flexible Schedule- Free coffee and tea- Day off Birthday**Requirements**:- Ideally experience in the entertainment, F&B; or live events industry- 3+ year of company experience.- Excellent communication skills.- Strong accounting Skills.- Proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish.- Knowledge of US and UK accounting rules.- Proficient in Windows Office- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics will be a plus- Highly organized and methodical.
