Job Description - The Supervisory purpose is to lead and supervise the entire front office team towards the attainment of the highest standards of service excellence in accordance with the company guidelines.- To supervise the Front Office operations, including the Reception and Guest Relations, ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are fully known and followed.- To ensure appropriate stock levels for the smooth run of the Front Office operations and to prepare requisitions accordingly.- To daily implement and control the checklists.- To ensure a proper handover between the shifts.- To up-sell Rooms, Food and Beverage outlets and other facilities whenever opportunities arise.- To be updated with the competitors' offerings and rates.- To liaise closely with Sales and Reservations on rate management.- To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and that they enjoy their stay being offered the finest personal service.- To maintain an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the team.- Takes responsibility for anticipating and meeting customer needs. Qualifications - Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or Room Division.- 2 to 5 years experience, depending on education and career background.- Competent user of desktop applications and hotel applications.- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
