Lower Secondary First Language English Teacher With A Second Subject

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented teacher of First Language English to deliver our Lower Secondary programme. Applicants must be fluent English speakers, in possession of a Spanish work permit, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. The successful candidates will be committed to planning and delivering a high quality, interesting curriculum, which challenges and inspires all our students.
Applicants must have a degree in a related field and a PGCE or equivalent. Experience teaching in the UK is desirable. Experience in successfully teaching English as a First Language is essential.

For this position we will require a minimum of:
A degree in a related field.
A PGCE or PGDE (QTS preferable but not required).
Experience in teaching English as a First Language in Lower Secondary.
Experience in working with learners for whom English is a second or additional language is favourable.
Excellent communication, organisation, interpersonal and time-management skills.
