What will your challenges be?
Developing an annual plan of benefits and experiences Worldwide based on consumer preferences and marketing objectives, maximizing scalability and ensuring seamlessness.
Ensuring that each benefit is in line with the defined budget and monitor costs.
Monitoring the implementation of experiences and define action plans to maximize redemption and consumer satisfaction with the program.
Developing end to end personalized journeys per target with a 360º view and considering all channels.
Define, lead and implement an annual content plan for our consumers, considering marketing priorities, consumers needs and insights and taking into account all of our organic channels (social media, newsletter, LOVE ISDIN, digital events).
Managing the relationship with the Corporate Marketing team, local marketing teams, Public Relations and other relevant areas.
Leading customer research and extract insights to define the best benefits and experiences for ISDIN's consumers.
Developing around the annual plan of experiences specific actions and campaigns to generate awareness, engagement and acquisition (social media organic, paid media, communications, …).
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience. Previous experience in marketing, publicity and community agency, content.
Languages: English B2.
Others: highly organized, very proactive individual who takes ownership of their work. Creative and detail oriented.
