Logistics System Administrator

Your daily responsbailities will be:- You will have to provide training and support to end-users.- Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities in relation to business operations.- Model business processes and identifying problems to be solved or procedures to be improved and translate them into concise and effective user stories.- Support Global Logistics International Sr Management on internal and operational processes required to plan, setup, configure, perform UAT, and launch iterations of their product throughout the life of the project.- Help ensure Data Integrity across all retail systems by mapping & tracking data from system to system and providing support & finding root causes for problems and proposing solutions. - Support Global Logistics International Sr Management on the function/solution acceptance procurement, working closely with the ERP team to deliver the features with high quality.- Identify training needs and support creation of required training/process documentation. Provide training and support to supply chain teams on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.- Support Global Logistics International Sr Management with retail and logistic projects implementations.What do we offer:-You will earn a competitive salary.- They offer a permanent contract.- Join an international company with big impact.- The office is located in Madrid.What do you need for this role?- A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles working with ERP and WMS systems.- You have to be able to communicate in English and Spanish at all levels both written and verbally.- Must be able to work in a team environment with internal and external stakeholders across many international platforms and countries.- Interest in educating and supporting commercial and operational teams with new systems and processes.- Strong problem-solving, process optimization and Data analysis skills.
