Currently, we are looking for someone to join our CrowdLog team as a Third-Party logistics (3PL) and supplier Coordinator, in southern Italy. What does a 3PL Coordinator do? Coordinate and oversee the operations of a third-party logistics warehouse in the Southern IT, ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods. Manage relationships with farmers and suppliers providing fresh fruits and vegetables to the warehouse, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards. Implement and enforce specifications for product supply, including packaging, labeling, and transportation requirements. Monitor the performance of the fulfillment center to ensure timely and accurate order processing, addressing any issues or bottlenecks as they arise. Track and analyze incident rates of final consumer orders prepared in the fulfillment center, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve quality and customer satisfaction. Balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic initiatives. Navigate regulatory and environmental considerations, ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting sustainability initiatives within the supply chain. Your profile: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the agriculture or food industry. Location close to Corigliano (Calabria). Proven track record of managing third-party logistics relationships and optimizing warehouse operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and internal teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data related to supply chain performance and consumer satisfaction. Experience in balancing operational needs with strategic priorities, adapting to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on long-term goals. Familiarity with the food industry, with a commitment to sustainability. What do we offer? A full-time permanent contract.
