We are hiring a Logistics Stores Coordinator who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.
Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

What you will do: Performing stores inventories.
Setting up new stores for new bases.
Assisting during stores audits.
Rearranging and improving stores organization.
Stock Management (in/out).
Storekeeper's tasks such as: preparation of orders/deliveries, receiving deliveries, preparation of shipments.
Eventual storekeeper substitution during some periods in the bases from France and Spain.
Other duties assigned to support Logistics Dept.
and the Stores Manager.
What you will need: 3 years of experience working in an Aeronautical warehouse.
Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory.
French and Italian will be a plus.
Willing to travel several weeks per month (mostly to Spain, France and Italy).
Current Location in Barcelona (or willing to relocate to this city) but having to travel to Volotea stores several weeks per month.
Previous experience in an airline company.
Knowledge of Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
Knowledge of AMOS.
