They manage stock levels of spare parts and supplies to maintain site operations whilst adhering to AWS Security policy and protocols. They maintain information on computer systems e.g. Inventory Management tools, ticketing systems and Microsoft Office products. They assist data centre operations in expediting requests from the data centres for stock. They may coordinate movement of equipment and parts between sites. They handle shipping and receiving activities and maintain related files, logs, records and other documentation.Key Job ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:Processing daily incoming receiptsParts picksPrepare outgoing shipmentsEnsure all work areas are kept clean, safe and free from clutter.COMPLEXITY OF WORK:Responsibilities are routine in nature and generally do not vary.Operates with guidance from management and peers.Performs daily work without autonomy.
