EUCO On-Road Services is looking for a Lead to support in ongoing and upcoming projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make history and become a member of a team whose purpose is to solve complex challenges and create process solutions.
This position involves working in a rotating three-shift system, which may include Saturdays, night shifts, and on-call duty.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesBe an active player on daily escalationsSupport different CO processes (metrics deep dive and projects)Identify root causes of deviation, via cause and effect analysisDrive process improvements and develop team members' ability to keep pace with our rapid growth, while motivating othersReview and analyze deviations data, followed by development of corresponding action plans to reduce future deviationsEnsure KPIs are reviewed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform control and quality analysis on any processes that are impacting the quality performanceCollaborate with all department managers to identify and understand key projects, initiatives, and system enhancementsA day in the life: This position is office-based.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with dataAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)Advanced proficiency in verbal and written German (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSRelevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadershipPrevious experience within transportation or logisticsWorking experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python)Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
