ePack is the e-commerce platform for the DS Smith Group and we have webshops in UK, France, Germany and The Netherlands. This role is based in our office in Barcelona, Spain.
About the role: As part of the ePack team, you will help ensure the ePack supply chain runs smoothly in order to support our growth in European markets. You will support with order processing and coordination between carriers, warehouses, factory partners, New Product Development, and customer service team to ensure our products get to their final destination timely and in good condition.
You must feel comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets. A good level of English skills is required as you will interact with people from all around Europe.
Your remit will include but not limited to: Support Order processing by taking ownership of PO follow up;Monitoring Inventory levels at our different European warehouses and supporting the Operations Manager in ensuring optimal stock holding;Booking and coordinating transport of inbounds & outbounds deliveries, creating relevant documents, checking invoices and building key relationships with admin contacts at carriers;Ongoing analysis of data and reporting on different key aspects of supply chain performance under Manager's supervision;Completing month-end processes including stock reconciliation;Analyse data & elaborate weekly & monthly KPI's.About You: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent qualification and experience in Transportation, Logistics and/or Supply Chain;Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills;Good MS Excel level;Solid understanding of ERP/WMS systems;A logical thinker who enjoys the challenge of problem solving;Good level of written and spoken English;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pro-active, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
