As a Logistics Manager, your main mission will be to build an effective and efficient operations flow among the whole business internally and to the customer, ensuring we deliver the best service at the right price.
Your challenges: Lead outbound and inbound operations (D2C & B2B).
Manage & supervise the warehouse performance.
Implement the logistics strategy and manage the logistics process.
Your responsibilities: Optimize delivery strategy by country and business model to reach the best delivery experience ever, optimizing both lead time and cost.
Implement and maintain the inbound database to report to support decision-making.
Lead relationships and negotiations with carriers & import partners to support company profitability.
Organize processes and implement the strategy to quote and book on time at the best price for all Inbounds.
Supervise the carrier's performance to achieve our lead times objectives.
Supervise the daily operations of our 3 actual warehouses in the UK, USA, and Germany.
Build and maintain the warehouse strategy to reach the best experience ever, optimizing both lead time and cost.
Propose and implement strategy, network, and capillarity of warehouses to decrease cost and reduce lead times.
Negotiate, review rates and propose action plans to reduce warehouse costs.
Ensure the proper functioning of the technical tools for warehouse control to meet lead times.
Create and promote ad-hoc processes in warehouses for our convenience (crowdfunding, returns) to ensure warehouses have good performance.
Delayed & lost packages control & alert to key teams.
Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
Determine workflow with peers and external suppliers to gather all needed information to manage inbounds.
Control daily orders to detect possible problems.
Maintain proper communication with Customer Service.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Resolve any logistics arising problems or complaints.
What will help you succeed in this role: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role in e-commerce.
