Program Overview: This comprehensive two-year program is designed to immerse you in the fundamentals of logistics, contract execution, and transportation. It offers a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on, impactful roles across our European locations, fostering a deep understanding of the intricacies of our operations.
Year One: Dive deep into the core aspects of logistics and contract execution at one of our European sites, gaining essential knowledge and skills through practical experience.
Year Two: Build on your foundation with increased autonomy, applying and enhancing your skills at another European location, preparing you for future leadership roles within ADM.
Learning and Development: Participants will embark on a tailored learning journey, balancing critical business knowledge with personal growth. You will be supported by dedicated mentors from our European Logistics and Execution team, guiding you through your professional development.
