Overall Mission The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the logistical management of customer requests, from receipt of the request to KPI management, including setting up, monitoring and closing the administrative file (supplier invoice management, invoicing of customs duties and VAT).
Main Contribution Receive and process quotations sent by customers
Set up logistics operations following validation of a quotation
Follow-up of implemented operations
Manage supplier invoices and re-invoice unforeseen costs (customs duties....)
Maintain KPIs and propose actions in conjunction with other teams and/or management.
Optimization of transport plans (change of transport plan, consolidation, negotiation with suppliers....)
Profitability analysis
Analysis / Writing / Validation and application of SOPS Quotation management
Participation in project management
Participation in CAPA processing (Malfunction Analysis)
Required Skills Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant field
2 years of experience in temperature-controlled logistics
Language Fluent Spanish & English
Specific Experience & Knowledge Required Incoterm, Customs, Multimodal transport
Expert in Excel & Google Sheets
