As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be working closely with teams across Amazon and external logistics partners to ensure enough delivery vans are available, processing new cases and acting quickly on escalations where necessary.
Key job responsibilities: Facilitate communication between stakeholders to find root causes and resolve issues quickly.
Produce and deliver reports on key delivery metrics.
Mentor or coach team members to help them develop new skills.
Maintain high standards of work by following policies and procedures.
Continually review processes to find areas for innovation.
A day in the life: As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for resolving delivery performance issues that could negatively affect our customers.
