Role summary The position of Logistics Coordinator is a pivotal role in orchestrating the logistics operations for our onsite projects, with responsibilities spanning from coordinating material deliveries to overseeing inventory management and facilitating purchasing activities.

Role Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all logistics activities for onsite projects.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify logistics requirements and develop strategies to meet project objectives.
Manage the procurement process for materials needed for projects, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and placing orders.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site and resolve any issues or delays as needed.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping schedules, and procurement transactions.
Manage budgets, expenses, and procurement transactions to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Utilize tracking systems to monitor inventory levels, shipment statuses, and financial performance, providing regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and other records related to logistics activities for the onsite projects.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
