Logistics Analyst Lead, Co On-Road Svc

EUCO On-Road Services is looking for a Lead to support in ongoing and upcoming projects.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to make history and become a member of a team whose purpose is to solve complex challenges and create process solutions.The successful candidate should be able to communicate efficiently with different stakeholders, since it will require a proactive written and verbal communication with other departments and external stakeholders.Key job responsibilities- Be an active player on daily escalations- Support different CO processes (metrics deep dive and projects)- Identify root causes of deviation, via cause and effect analysis- Drive process improvements and develop team members' ability to keep pace with our rapid growth, while motivating others- Review and analyze deviations data, followed by development of corresponding action plans to reduce future deviations- Ensure KPIs are reviewed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform control and quality analysis on any processes that are impacting the quality performance- Collaborate with all department managers to identify and understand key projects, initiatives and system enhancementsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook- Willingness to work different shifts- Fluent use of EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- You've already gained experience in a Logistics or Transportation environment.- You are a solid team player.- You are flexible and remain level-headed at all times, even in the face of unexpected or unplanned situations.- Availability to adapt to night shift pattern.- Working experience on programming and coding languages (SQL or Python).
