Logistic Specialist (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS: In this position you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods by managing the logistics operations for Spanish windfarms in Service.
Scheduling of major's correctives deliveries.
Transport permits management and monitoring.
Major and Non-major Transport arrangement and quotation analysis.
Transport documents issuance: Packing Lists, Invoices, Customs certificates, etc.
- Transport Purchase Order creation in SAP.
Transport invoices management in SAP.
Communications with customers and logistics suppliers.
Coordination with internal departments.
Development of performance reports.
YOUR PROFILE: Degree in Business Administration or Economics, or alternatively completed vocational training in the logistic sector.
Ideally, you have at least 3 years of experience with high focus on logistic management or comparable position.
Good command of written and spoken English.
SAP knowledge is a plus.
MS Office skills, especially very good Excel skills.
Ability to work in different business cultures, high motivation and flexibility.
Independent, structured, and determined way of working.
Strong customer orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills.
