Organize shipments from Production site Valencia to final Customer (3rd Party and Intercompany). Interface between local warehouse and Customer Service team.
Main accountabilities and tasks
Ensure delivery on time to CustomerOrganize delivery preparation for warehouse (transfer/Pick-up ordersPrepare delivery documentsCarry out the tasks of issuing and preparing documents for specifics countriesAlign with production planning team on goods availabilityClose collaboration with Customer Service team for transport booking and pickup planningAnalyse logistics incidences and take actions with warehouse and carrier to reduce delivery issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives, main focus on Warehouse processes Qualifications Work experience: at least 2 years in a similar logistics role
Expertise (e.g. professional, technical): Warehouse and logistics processesAdvanced Excel & SAPBasic experience in warehouse machinesEducation: Engineering Degree or business administration, Ideally Master in Logistics
Certifications: Forklift driving license is a nice to have
Languages: : Spanish native, English advanced
Soft skills: Customer oriented, Problem solving skills, Well organized, high accountability,
