Logistics Operations Associate - German Speaking (MUST be fluent in German & English) As a German Speaking Operations Associate (Logistics), you will have the opportunity to work on various strategic projects for our client, helping their clients reduce operating costs, improve their punctuality, and strengthen relationships with the end customer.
You and your team will be the key to our client's success: you will manage the experience of your clients and operators thanks to your experience in the sector.
You will become an industry expert, working together with carriers, brokers, and courier services to unify communications on our client's platform.
Responsibilities and Opportunities:Incorporation of carriers to the platform of our clients, including sending and receiving files, managing conflicts creatively and decisively, and configuring integrations.Participate in customer and operator calls, take notes, set follow-up tasks, and concrete actions.Understanding customer and company business objectives to determine and execute on carrier onboarding and compliance goals.Ability to navigate and understand enterprise level software & diagnose and solve complex technical and operational problems.Update our client weekly on the progress of the onboarding.Maintenance of the CRM efficiently and accurately.Work with the different marketing, sales, and engineering teams of our clients to optimise processes and improve our product.Responsible for achieving individual quarterly OKRs and KPIs.What we can offer:At DWCC, we are passionate about employee development!
