Are you interested in technical aspects?If yes, Vestas Wind Systems A/S might have the exciting next step in your career path!One Tool Unit > Tools Region EMEAThe Onetool unit is the provider of tools used for Wind Turbine Generator installation projects across the world. 900 different installation projects in 34 different countries was provided with tools in 2023.ResponsibilitiesIn this position you will be responsible for coordinating and solve logistical tasks for the Sales Business Units (SBU's), Construction Tools Hub's (CTH), Global Procurement (GP) and Technology & Service Solutions (TSS) under the overall strategy of Construction Tools.- Primary tasks are divided within four areas:- Handling of customer orders from the individual SBU projects or Service units.- Coordinating transportation between Construction Tools Hub and worldwide allocated customer.- Control stocks availability and provide solutions to avoid Project stops.- Coordination and contact with suppliers- Logistic and Technical support to construction sites and service operations- Logistic and Technical support to the regional Construction Tools warehousesQualifications- Graduate Degree or above in Engineering, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or experience in a similar position at Energy Industry (Wind related)- Minimum of 3-5 years related logistical experience in a well-established international company.- Experience with project oriented work in a make-to-order environment and understanding the importance of project plans and deadlines- Demonstrated proficiency in following software: SAP (PE01) or equivalent ERP software, SAP Document Management System, Engineering Change Management and Microsoft Office.- Good communication skills in English both written and orally- High interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on good teamwork- Service minded- Open minded and good at sharing and gathering information within a team- The ability to see the bigger picture and quickly get an overview of complex situations- Proven ability to work in a time-sensitive setting without loose the focus.- Capable to take fast decision and react to changes of circumstances- Able to cope with change and working under ambiguous circumstances- Learn willing- Organized mind set-upWhat We OfferVestas provides an open, respectful and global culture, and long-term career development
