Your role : We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations Team. As Logistics Coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for the management of the warehouses distributed in the city of Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in managing several warehouses in the vacation rental industry and be part of the company's growth. Your Journey : Collaborate in inventory development and process improvement: Lead strategic initiatives to optimize inventory systems, implement continuous process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency. Develop new action plans: Design and execute action plans that drive performance improvements and align with corporate objectives and evolving business requirements. Manage warehouse organization: Oversee warehouse organization, ensuring optimal use of space, accessibility of goods, and adherence to safety and operational standards. Oversee receipt and management of merchandise: Supervise the entire process of receiving, classifying, and storing goods, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficient inventory management. Direct transportation and distribution operations: Lead the planning and execution of logistics for transportation and distribution, optimizing routes, minimizing costs, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Manage warehouse workforce: Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring effective task allocation, productivity, and achievement of operational goals. Prepare reports and oversee stock control: Oversee the generation of detailed reports on inventory levels and key performance metrics, offering strategic insights for ongoing improvements in operations. What do you bring to your trip : Education: high school diploma, vocational training, or similar. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position. Knowledge of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Knowledge of office environment and Excel. English (valuable).
