Job Description SummaryIn this global role within the leading Radioligant Therapy area and in a new and growing team, as Logistic Coordinator EMEA you will ensure efficient and timely coordination of logistics operations specific to the EMEA region, including monitoring deliveries, updating databases, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with the logistics team and courier partners in the region. The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and resolving any delivery-related issues or inquiries particular to the EMEA region.Job DescriptionMajor accountabilities:Accountable & key point of contact with logistics partners and internal customer support teams for escalations as they relate to courier performance and customer complaints to ensure proactive mitigation, processes are in place and ensure effectiveness.Handle and escalate any performance issues with couriers, including quality assurance (QA) corrective and preventive action (CAPA) requests.Handle customer complaints related to logistics and ensure timely follow-up to address and resolve the issues.Conduct risk assessments for upcoming deliveries to identify and mitigate potential risks that may affect delivery schedules.Manage logistics-related projects, including coordinating and monitoring project timelines, resources, and deliverables.Minimum Requirements:Formal education or previous experience in the fields of Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning or similar.First experience as team lead, coordinator or manager.English proficiency plus local language knowledge needed.Desirable Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role.Knowledge of agile methodologies.Familiarized with data management in a global environment.Skills Desired:Accountability, Business Networking, Business Scenario Planning, Change Control, Efficiency, ERP Systems, Flexibility, General HSE Knowledge, Including GDP, Inventory Management, Knowledge Of GMP, Logistics, Master Data, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Order Management, Proactive Behavior, Product Distribution, Risk Management, Scheduler, Solution-Oriented, Supply Chain, Supply-Chain Management, Supply Management.
