With business and project management modules, workflow automation, CRM, Text, Audio, Image and Video asset management technology, EA has built a cutting-edge Localization powerhouse that covers the needs for both current and next generation platforms.Main Responsibilities of the Role:Project management supportParticipate in project preparation and tools setupManage LT Testers' efforts (local and remote)Assign daily tasks to LT TestersPerform Bug Tracking Management tasksPerform Devtest Management tasksSupport testers with Hardware/Tools knowledge/setupOversee the daily status reports on the area of influence and delivery to PMRisk Management - detect, communicate, and follow until resolution the risks affecting testing.Participate in recruitmentParticipate in training material creationTrain testersInvolvement in taskforces or programs related to tools and processes improvement.Perform a full or partial review of the product, detect localization bugs within deadline. Fix directly in the Text Database those fixable through text changes and report and regress the others.Pay specific attention to guideline related bugs
