Localization Project Manager (m/f/d) (full-time) Rheinschrift Language Services is one of the largest translation service providers within the language industry in Germany. We provide our services to global players as well as worldwide operating language service providers. Our mission is to support our customers according to their language needs and provide valuable experience and guidance to navigate them through their localization projects successfully.
As a Localization Project Manager (m/f/d) in our Jerez office, you will help to achieve that excellent service level to our valued customers.
Your responsibilities: Managing localization projects from start to finish Communicating proactively with customers across different time zones to ensure effective collaboration Managing relationships with customers, freelancers, and internal resources in order to build trust and reliability Guiding customers through their projects by providing expertise, insight, and competence Coordinating internal and external resources for high-quality and on-time deliveries Analyzing source files to identify potential risks and creating solutions to prevent any potential issues Calculating and analyzing project setups in order to adhere to quoted budgets Reviewing customer feedback, troubleshooting all project-related issues Organizing trainings and meetings for linguistic teams based on feedback to develop improvements and set up optimized processes Why join us: At Rheinschrift Language Services, we offer more than just a job – we provide a dynamic and enriching career opportunity.
